Lynganor organizes private lessons in Norwegian according to the method that is explained on this website. They are private lessons in modern spoken and written Norwegian (Bokmål), at all levels. This is done in a way that is adapted to your needs.
The trial is for free and without any obligation. The intention of the trial lesson is to see how we can work further together.
If you don’t turn up to the trial lesson, you will not be offered a new one for free.
If you turn up too late for any lesson, the lesson will be made shorter. It will always finish at the time that was indicated as end time in the confirmation. Please always ensure that you can be reached by telephone or by chat at the beginning and during the lesson. That is a way to ensure that we can solve any problem that may occur.
Please ensure that you are properly equipped for the online lesson. You need an Internet connection that is good enough for online teaching. Your electronic equipment also needs to be of adequate quality. It is also your own responsibility to purchase the teaching materials that we will use.
The lessons should be paid beforehand. A new lesson will not be offered as long as the previous one has not been paid for.
If you need to cancel, please inform Lynganor sufficient time in advance, and not any later than 24 hours before the lesson should have started. Failure to do so will mean that the lesson should be paid for. This also applies if you have paid for a series of lessons. Please always ensure that you receive a confirmation from Lynganor for your cancellation.
In case you want a refund:
If you cancel, we will usually search for a new date for the lesson. You can also get a refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the lesson should have taken place. If you have paid for a series of lessons, you can get a 100 % refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the time that the first hour was planned to take place.
Lynganor’s obligation is to give you a course of high quality. The teacher must be punctual and do the necessary work before and after the lessons. Technically, the lesson should work with as little disturbances as possible. If the teacher needs to do any change in schedule, the student should be informed well in advance.
Lynganor can be contacted via contact form, e-mail, WhatsApp, phone or messenger. We will do our best to contact you back within 24 hours. However, this cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, a potential customer will be asked to provide some more information. Lynganor will not reply to spam and requests that obviously are not serious.
Please also bear in mind that the answers to most questions can be found on the website.
